Beginning at a young age there has been one constant in my life that I have continually turned to when I need a pick-me-up, food. And like a lot of you, COVID-19 has got me down lately. For the past month or so, take-out curry from Kathmandu and some pistachio gelato from Sweetaly was the absolute highlight of my day. And honestly, even in the best of times, that is a killer combo! Our local restauranteurs have been there for us when times were good, and they are still there for us now. May is here and bundled with the warm weather is a loosening of dine-in restrictions. But, a return to normalcy is still a long way off. Plus, a lot of businesses have been and will continue to struggle for some time to come. But the future is bright, and we can all make a difference! I am not asking you to order tacos don Ramon from Red Iguana delivered through Uber Eats for charity, do it to support a local rock-star restaurant AND because tacos are amazing! It may feel like normal life is still so far away, but there is light at the end of the tunnel! We are going to get through this; let’s eat well while we do.

Don’t see your favorite spot that you know is open for take-out, delivery or in-restaurant dining? Or, if you are a restaurant owner and see that some of the information on our site needs to be updated, please let us know by filling out the form located at the bottom of any of the regional lists, and we will get it updated ASAP!

To try and make it easier we divided restaurants by region. For Salt Lake we broke it down into 4 regions: Southwest valley, Southeast valley, Mid-valley and Salt Lake. And then we have UT County and Davis County as their own region.
